The scheme, not yet built, is for a speculative office building on the road between Rotherham and Sheffield, which the local planning authority have designated a 'Corridor of Excellence in Design'. Our Clients wanted ideas to be put to the planning authority for their comments. Simple 3-D representations have been presented with favourable responses so far.
