A Victorian church to the design of G. F. Bodley; the building was never completed on the south side, due to a lack of funds at the time. The church is of stone with a slate roof, except for the incomplete side which is of brick.

The extension seeks to complete the work the Victorian parishioners started.
The south side is to be extended to form a new entrance, with level access, a Kitchen, Toilets and a small Meeting Room. The extension will also incorporate a gallery space, as the church has a reputation for supporting the arts.

Planning permission has been given, and the church is currently awaiting funding.
